The cost of shipping to Italy is 8.00 euros, for orders over 100.00 euros it is entirely free.

How much does it cost to ship abroad?

The cost of shipping to European Community countries is 15.00 euros. For overseas shipments it will be calculated at the time of check out.

What material are your products made of?

The frame material is steel, while the exterior is worked in pongé fabric or 100% made-in-Italy cotton thread.

Are the products I purchase perfectly identical to those on your site?

Our products are totally handcrafted, consequently they may have minor imperfections that are not to be attributed to a defect in workmanship, but to a peculiarity of the individual product, which is made from scratch by hand from time to time.

Where do the materials for making it come from?

The materials we use to make our products (both pongé fabric and cotton thread) are all 100% Italian and of the highest quality.

What is meant by E14 and E27?

The references E14 and E27 indicate the size of the socket diameter:

  • E14 = 14 mm, that are small bulbs;
  • E27 = 27 mm, meaning large bulbs.
Can products be customized?

Yes, you can choose from a wide range of colors, various shapes to give the lampshade, and between the two available techniques (pongé fabric and passementerie or cotton thread).

How can I request customization of a product?

How should the products be handled?

Like any piece of furniture, it should be handled with care.

How should the products be cleaned?

We recommend an ultra-soft bristle brush for cotton thread instead for fabric just dust it with a dry cloth.

Can gift certificates or gift cards be applied for?

Yes, they can be requested.

What payment methods are available?

Payment can be made by Stripe, PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.

Is it possible to pay by cash on delivery?

No, we do not have this service yet.

Is it possible to pay by bank transfer?

Yes, it is possible.

Is it possible to buy in installments?

It is possible to pay in 3 interest-free installments with PayPal and no handling fees by spreading the amount over two months. You can view and manage installment due dates through the PayPal app. You can also pay in advance at any time at no additional cost. The request is analyzed in real time and you receive a
response within seconds.

Is it possible to request an invoice on purchased products?

Yes, it is possible.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, by sending an email to info@shyna.eu indicating the order number. If the shipment has left, it will no longer be possible to make the
cancellation.

Can I make an order change?

Sure, as long as the conditions are in place.

What are the costs of the change?

The change is free if due to our error otherwise you can contact us through our communication channels.

Is it possible to make a return?

Yes, within 14 days of receiving the order, shipping will be charged to the customer. To receive more information send mail to info@shyna.eu. We do not accept returns on products already discounted or by gift card.

What are the costs of return?

If it will be compatible with our criteria we will send you the return label.
